Hewan is a storyteller at heart with a background in leadership, strategy, and making sense of the human side of work. She's passionate about the conversations that often go unspoken in professional spaces — how we show up, what grounds us, and the messy but meaningful routes we take to grow. With a curious mind and a warm laugh, she brings a thoughtful, reflective energy to R3T.
Nil is an outgoing explorer who thrives on new opportunities and stepping outside of her comfort zone.
